Where can I find my IMEI?

IMEIs are one of your device identification numbers. The quickest way to get this is by typing *#06# on your dial pad or in device information in settings. If the device can’t be turned on then this is usually on your SIM tray or its original box. If the device has been linked to a store account then these are also on your google dashboard or iCloud account.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are done within 45 -90 minutes. Severe damage may extend this time.

What should I do before handing over my device?

It is imperative to back up your device before booking a repair. If are not sure how, please ask the team. We will walk you through saving your data securely.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Repairs come with a one, year warranty. Please review our terms and conditions for details.

Will using our services void my manufacturer’s warranty?

Using third-party repair services may void your manufacturer’s warranty. However, we offer our own warranty for all repairs.

Do I need a full-screen replacement for a small crack?

Yes, even small cracks can cause further damage and glass splinters. We recommend a full-screen replacement, which comes with a 12 month warranty.

Are our screens genuine branded parts?

We provide manufacturer originals for Android & Apple devices and both original refurbished and high-quality equivalent compatible screens for Android & Apple devices with great discounts which are still guaranteed for 1 year.

Why do we ask for your PIN or Passcode before repair?

Providing your PIN or passcode helps us verify your device’s functionality through testing. We ensure full user privacy and never access personal information. Our privacy policy is available online.

What do I do if I have liquid damage to my device?

As soon as the liquid damage is identified, do not attempt to charge or use the phone after. If use of the device continues there is a high risk that you can cause further damage to the device. Please leave the device to dry and set up a repair with us as soon as possible. Please be aware that there is a chance that a device may not be restored to the original condition but we will only charge you if you are satisfied with the repair and operation of the device after testing.

Please note: It may not be possible to economically repair a water damaged device.

Do we offer support after repair?

Yes, contact our customer service team for support. All repairs are 12 months warranty.

Will my device be water-resistant after repair?

We cannot guarantee water resistance after a repair, as the IP rating cannot be reinstated once the device is opened.
